Every Day Carry-EDC

While searching the web for pictures of the Electric Daisy Carnival I came across these pictures in surprising quantity. It got me thinking about what I carry in my pockets every day. This is a light day, no change, and I had to use the camera to shoot the picture. Every once in a while I get called out on how many items I have on my belt. Try Google and you will see what I mean.

My pockets

I like the chainmaille supplies in this one, just in case!

Office guy.

Next week I’ll do one on what I carry in my truck at all times. Skin stapler is a must!

I’m glad I’m not the only one with full pockets. I’ve always had a minimum number of things I simply have to have with me. A few years ago I added a magnifying glass. Essential at my age.
I have a post in draft about purses and pockets that I’ll finish someday. Maybe. Your post has made me think of it again.
I really like your stuff especially the fire.

thanks, maybe there should be a support group for people who carry too much. Kind of an AA for pockets. I was trying to find the life Mag. picture of the boys hung from a swing with their pockets emptied on the ground, maybe you could ad that to your post.

I must have missed the Golden Mean at the Maker Faire, but I just found (and fell in love with) your blog! I can’t wait to see more photos–I’m going through the archive now.

In my backpack there are crayons, permanent markers, fountain pens, journals, books, knitting/spinning, toy yoyo, lip stuff, for a while my grandfather’s marine corps harmonica. My coat pockets are full of things, though: http://octopodadventures.blogspot.com/2010/02/actually-im-five-year-old-boy-in-other.html

Keep writing and making,
Meghan
