Kyrsten has drummed up a new project for us this summer called Electrobite Olenoides based on a Trilobite. Zolie Kyrsten and I started work on it yesterday. Zoile is really handy and started tighten the bolts with a wrench with very little instruction. Going to have to send her to finishing school soon so she can learn to sand and paint too. This is going to fun to ride next to the snail car!

I have had a similar wheel chair and was planning some kind of project like your building. How did you mount the wheels? Did you cut down the old plastic wheels and mount the new wheels to them? Will it be at BM?

I’ll post some pictures of how I changed it to a bigger wheel, but mine started as metal split rims with a keyed hub 4.00×6, and now are 6.00×8. I was able to use the keyed hub on the new rim.
