Dust free just out of the truck.

People would walk up and ask if it was remote controlled. When I pointed out the leather seat and the joy stick they couldn’t believe you could drive it. Lots of smiling faces when we let them try it out.

Love this! I am now filled with daydreams of building my own version and cruising around the hallways of work on it. My metal work is all quite small though (jewelry), so that’s very likely going to remain just a fantasy. Fantastic work all around, would have loved to have seen this in person!

We will have it out next weekend at handcar regatta. We would love to have more and take on the cupcake cars! Yum

Bloody gorgeous. How do you deal with keeping the batteries charged? What’s the charge cycle, and how long is the run time?

we have a 24volt charger. Our camp at BM has a lot of electrical vehicles. We would time our 6 hr charge time with naps (Rv Air con) and all the other items that needed a charge. we had a grid though camp that made running one Generator possible to charge all the cars at once. worked great and our Gas consumption went way down this year. I still prefer gas engines for playa use, but liked the silence of electric.
